📋 Description

• Evaluate organizational health and identify capability gaps in collaboration with HR and business leaders.

• Create scalable interventions aimed at enhancing leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational results.

• Develop, scale, and implement leadership, managerial, and employee development initiatives.

• Construct learning strategies that align with business priorities and future capability requirements.

• Enhance manager effectiveness through practical tools and standardized development methods.

• Facilitate employee growth via role-specific learning, career pathways, and development resources.

• Support skills-based strategies across various roles and functions.

• Enhance role clarity, internal mobility, and leadership preparedness.

• Integrate learning, development, and cultural practices into HR services.

• Utilize data, feedback, and performance insights to prioritize enhancements and bolster service outcomes.

• Promote the responsible use of digital tools and AI to elevate service quality and efficiency.

• Spearhead the enterprise engagement strategy and annual Employee Engagement survey.

• Oversee Employee Resource Groups and initiatives for inclusion.

• Manage culture programs including the Employee Gift, Charitable Giving, and Day of Service initiatives.

• Direct the enterprise mentoring program and assess its effectiveness.

• Lead the enterprise wellness and well-being initiatives.

• Supervise and guide a team of learning and culture specialists.

• Manage direct reports, providing clarity and performance feedback.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in organizational development, learning, or related HR fields.

• Demonstrated ability to design and scale leadership, employee, and workforce development programs.

• Capacity to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption through leadership.

• Experience in utilizing data and insights to guide decisions and assess impact.

• Proficiency in leading strategies for AI-enabled learning, leadership development, and workforce capability solutions.

• Familiarity with digital tools and emerging technologies in learning and development.

• Extensive experience using AI tools and platforms to achieve business results and enhance workflows.

• Competence in designing and implementing AI-enhanced processes.

• Ability to assess and recommend AI solutions for business challenges.

• Knowledge of AI ethics and bias considerations.

• Skill in training team members on AI tool adoption.

• Awareness of emerging AI technologies.

• Experience with prompt engineering and evaluating AI models.

• Understanding of AI limitations and associated risks.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in high or low cabinets, and operate telephone and computer systems.
