• Formulate and implement a long-term, scalable recruitment strategy that aligns with business growth and product roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to synchronize on hiring requirements, role specifications, and timelines.
• Design and enhance recruiting processes with a focus on automation, minimizing manual tasks and boosting consistency.
• Assess, implement, and optimize AI-driven recruiting tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting purposes.
• Create streamlined, structured interview methodologies and provide guidance for hiring managers.
• Monitor essential recruiting metrics and leverage data and insights to pinpoint bottlenecks and promote ongoing improvement.
• A minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience, showcasing leadership in hiring and managing a team.
• Background in a rapidly expanding tech company, preferably with 100 to 500 employees.
• Demonstrated talent leadership experience in a high-growth environment.
• Proven capability to function as both a player and a coach within a developing organization.
• Experience in enhancing or scaling recruitment processes and systems.
• Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders.
• Practical and resourceful mindset, with a tendency to take action.
