This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of partnership go-to-market (GTM) strategies across both the healthcare and corporate sectors, including developing the strategy, creating the pipeline, and finalizing key deals in each vertical.
β’ Healthcare Partnerships: Forge connections with payers, health systems, employer health initiatives, Food is Medicine platforms, GLP-1 platforms, and other avenues where CookUnity's nutrition solutions yield significant clinical or financial benefits.
β’ Corporate Partnerships: Seek and secure agreements with large corporations, enterprises, and businesses that can effectively distribute our meals directly to their employees or members β encompassing hospitality, stadiums, and various institutional channels.
β’ Platform & Distribution: Establish partnerships with platforms and intermediaries that facilitate large-scale volume β through co-marketing efforts, integrations, or channel distribution.
β’ Direct Enterprise Sales: Oversee the entire sales process for major corporations and institutional accounts, from engaging with C-suite executives to executing contracts and implementing agreements.
β’ Institutional Market Expansion: Spearhead entry into new markets β including hotels, stadiums, hospitals, and heavy industries β where viable opportunities or incoming signals suggest potential.
β’ Short-Term β Individual Contributor Role: In the immediate future, this position will function as an individual contributor. You will actively work to establish the GTM model, secure initial deals, and validate the operational playbook β likely in collaboration with an Account Manager to aid in execution.
β’ Playbook Ownership: Develop repeatable frameworks for partnership development, onboarding, and account expansion across healthcare and corporate sectors.
β’ Upon validation of the model, recruit and lead the partnership and account management team to scale operations.
β’ Act as the key voice for the B2B product roadmap β ensuring that the platform meets the requirements of partnership-driven distribution (including subsidies, complex billing, co-branded experiences, and institutional needs).
β’ Collaborate on profit and loss management and unit economics for the B2B vertical, establishing pricing structures and contract frameworks that guarantee long-term profitability across partnership channels.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales leadership β with a proven track record in closing complex, large-scale deals.
β’ Demonstrated experience in building and managing partnership channels from the ground up β rather than merely working within an established framework.
β’ Cross-vertical experience required: familiarity with healthcare, corporate benefits, or institutional sectors is highly preferred.
β’ Proven ability to secure deals with major platforms, Fortune 500 companies, or large institutional partners β adept at navigating procurement, legal, and executive relationships.
β’ Builder mindset: Comfortable designing a sales process and partnership framework before assembling a team for execution.
β’ Strong GTM instincts: Proficient in understanding pipeline, metrics, margins, and sales cycles β capable of establishing the necessary reporting and accountability structures.
β’ Exceptional negotiation skills and adeptness at managing the complexities of large-scale institutional and platform deals.
