This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +9 more states.
• Accountable for overseeing 4 direct reports.
• Situated within the Senior Leadership job family, responsible for strategic influence, commercial results, and cross-departmental alignment.
• Provides leadership and guidance to Exemplar Global’s market-facing teams, which include Sales, Account Services, Community, and Marketing.
• Assist in diversifying revenue sources and expanding into new market channels.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic alliances with certification bodies, industry associations, enterprises, and related organizations to develop scalable training and certification pathways.
• Manage strategic partner relationships comprehensively, encompassing commercial terms, agreement structure, delivery expectations, and performance outcomes.
• Ensure that partnership opportunities are converted into a qualified pipeline and advanced effectively in collaboration with Sales and Account Services.
• Convert partner and market requirements into structured, commercially viable programs and revenue-generating opportunities.
• Work together with Product, QA, and Operations to guarantee that offerings and programs meet partner needs and can be delivered efficiently and consistently.
• Establish governance frameworks, systems, and reporting mechanisms to support partnership performance, accountability, and scalability.
• Participate at the senior leadership level in strategic planning, decision-making, and ensuring organizational alignment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in building relationships that lead to structured programs with revenue-focused objectives.
• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must adhere to attendance and punctuality policies.
