This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead significant, cross-functional strategic initiatives from inception to execution.
• Propel organizational transformation efforts and strategic objectives across the Medical Group.
• Create project roadmaps, implementation plans, communication strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and facilitate executive decision-making.
• Oversee strategy, management, and performance for Curana's Care Management portfolio, which includes CCM, APCM, BHI, and future care management projects.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement, scaling, and optimization of care management programs and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, finance, and technology leaders to elevate program performance and outcomes.
• Foster growth and innovation within Curana's value-based care model.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups and implementation teams.
• Develop playbooks for initiatives, communication strategies, and change management plans.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business results.
• Champion process improvements and initiatives aimed at organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze extensive and complex clinical, operational, financial, and business datasets.
• Create operational, financial, forecasting, and scenario models to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Prepare persuasive executive presentations and business cases.
• Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify avenues to leverage AI, automation, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance operational performance and business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on strategic objectives and organizational initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and business cases for executive-level discussions.
• Lead leadership meetings and discussions on strategic planning.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5–10 years of experience in strategic operations, consulting, implementation, transformation, healthcare operations, program management, change management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, KPI development, business case preparation, and scenario modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Ability to craft impactful presentations for executive-level audiences using PowerPoint.
• Robust project management skills with a proven track record of leading initiatives from concept to execution.
• Proven capability to analyze, interpret, and extract insights from large and intricate datasets.
• Ability to convert operational, financial, and clinical data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environments.
• Experience working effectively within matrixed organizations.
• Strong interest in healthcare, Medicare, value-based care, and the senior living sector.
• Willingness to travel domestically as necessary, approximately 0–15% of the time.
• Experience with value-based care, Medicare-focused programs, AI, automation, predictive analytics, or emerging technologies is highly desirable.
• An MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience with care management programs like CCM, APCM, BHI, care coordination, or other Medicare-focused value-based care initiatives is preferred.
• Familiarity with applying AI, automation, predictive analytics, or emerging technologies is preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is preferred.
• Experience in management consulting, strategic consulting, or a similarly challenging problem-solving environment is preferred.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced organizations is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship; the company cannot provide visa sponsorship at this time.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically as needed (approximately 0–15% of the time, typically 1–2 times per quarter) to support leadership meetings, strategic initiatives, and team collaboration.
