This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Proactively identify, assess, and develop a pipeline of high-potential "big bet" opportunities.
• Transform initial, unclear concepts into actionable strategies.
• Utilize practical analysis to aid in prioritization and clarify trade-offs.
• Act as the sole accountable owner for one key opportunity at a time.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among various teams to unlock significant revenue and impact opportunities.
• Simplify complex information into clear internal consensus and compelling external communications.
• Support and lead critical engagements with major philanthropies and strategic partners.
• Foster new connections with potential funders and key influencers.
• 7+ years of experience in complex sales and/or fundraising roles.
• Proven history of managing intricate and cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Experience directly engaging with donors as relationship managers, project managers, or subject-matter experts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to excellence in execution and follow-through.
• Highly organized, with the capacity to effectively manage multiple deadlines and relationships.
• Collaborative, thoughtful, and aligned with RTV’s mission and values.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 times annually to one of our operational countries for team retreats, donor field visits, or other events.
