Director of Solution Architects

📋 Description

• Collaborating with sales to craft deals, provide exceptional demonstrations, evaluate client environments, and create effective SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Managed Services solutions.

• Ensuring technical accuracy, competitive positioning, and smooth transitions while setting every opportunity up for commercial and delivery success.

• Formulating strategy, establishing operational rhythms, and instilling best practice selling across global teams.

• Leading, mentoring, and developing presales and sales enablement talent through structured onboarding, ongoing training, and competency frameworks.

• Bridging sales, marketing, product, delivery, and customer success to guarantee cohesive messaging, streamlined processes, and impactful go-to-market execution.

• Evaluating win rates, cycle times, CRM insights, and market trends to refine strategy, boost efficiency, and influence decision-making at senior levels.

• Balancing hands-on client delivery with leadership of enablement strategy, ensuring preparedness, consistency, and measurable improvements in sales effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, sales enablement, or technical sales leadership within enterprise technology.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP and Oracle ecosystems, preferably including PeopleSoft, cloud, or managed services.

• A confident and engaging communicator with outstanding presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

• Commercial insight with the capability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.

• A collaborative leader who excels at coaching teams, enhancing performance, and driving growth.
