• Launch our slot optimization product and assist clients in adopting data-driven decision-making.
• Drive growth in operating profit for our clients.
• Support casino operators in implementing data-driven management of their slot product mix.
• Educate clients on the principles of slot revenue management.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and convey product insights effectively.
• Collaborate with the product manager and development team to create solutions for customer challenges.
• Engage in business development activities and client presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and share expertise.
• Over 5 years of experience in senior-level leadership (Director or higher).
• Proven success in optimizing floor performance through Slot KPIs.
• Expert understanding of slot floor dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience utilizing business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SAS, or Cognos.
• A degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field is considered a significant asset.
• Must be willing and able to travel to client locations for approximately 35% of working time.
• Must possess a clean criminal record and maintain eligibility for gaming licensure in all relevant jurisdictions.
• Fluency in French or Spanish is a considerable advantage.
