• Proactively identify and seek opportunities to grow GradGuard’s complete range of products and services across various campus departments.
• Ensure that school partners effectively implement GradGuard’s offerings, assisting in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support our embedded insurance model.
• Establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders at partner institutions, positioning GradGuard as a vital element of their student success strategies.
• Develop and execute innovative strategies within your portfolio to optimize financial impact, concentrating on retention and expansion revenue.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to champion your partners' needs.
• 2-5+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, higher education partnerships, or strategic partnerships, with a proven record of revenue retention and growth.
• Prior experience in the higher education sector, EdTech, or financial services is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations, identify key decision-makers, and discover expansion opportunities.
• Proficient in using modern sales and CRM tools (experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred).
• Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time for campus visits, events, and training.
