• Proactively seek and capitalize on opportunities to broaden GradGuard’s comprehensive range of products and services across various campus departments, including Housing, Student Financial Services, and Risk Management.
• Ensure that partner schools effectively implement GradGuard’s offerings, aiding in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that bolster our embedded insurance model.
• Cultivate trust and establish credibility with key stakeholders at partner institutions, positioning GradGuard as a vital element of their strategies for student success.
• Create and execute innovative strategies within your portfolio to enhance financial outcomes, with an emphasis on retention and revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and sales, to champion the needs of your partners.
• 2-5+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, higher education partnerships, or strategic partnerships, demonstrating a proven record of revenue retention and growth.
• Previous experience in the higher education sector, EdTech, or financial services is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate intricate organizations, identify key decision-makers, and discover expansion opportunities.
• Proficient in utilizing modern sales and CRM tools, with a strong preference for Salesforce experience.
• Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem, including Keynote, is advantageous.
• Outstanding presentation and relationship-building abilities to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time for campus visits, events, and training.
