This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically design, implement, and manage a growth plan for your assigned territories.

• Identify, qualify, and oversee potential clients throughout the sales funnel utilizing Salesforce and Salesloft.

• Analyze district challenges and objectives; create customized solutions using Parallel Learning’s range of services.

• Foster enduring relationships with essential district administrators, special education leaders, and key decision-makers.

• Collaborate across various departments including marketing, partnerships, operations, and customer success to guarantee smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.

• Stay informed about current education trends, funding mechanisms, and state-specific regulations that impact special education services.

• Regularly meet and surpass quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Ed Tech Sales and/or in Ed Tech sales with a background in K-12 services (as a teacher or administrator).

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate processes with a consultative and inclusive approach, along with strong relationship-building and follow-through skills.

• In-depth knowledge of the K–12 landscape, particularly regarding special education and student services.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Self-driven, results-focused, and capable of thriving in a remote, dynamic environment.

• Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft) and virtual presentation tools (such as Zoom and Google Meet). Ideal candidates should have an "early adopter" mindset towards technology solutions and tools.

• A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or experience in K-12 education is advantageous.
