This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement the Sales Readiness strategy in accordance with organizational goals, Sales objectives, and business requirements.
• Convert Sales priorities, go-to-market strategies, product introductions, and process modifications into well-defined readiness plans and support for field execution.
• Ensure that Sales teams are equipped to carry out strategic initiatives, utilize new tools, follow updated processes, and adopt Sales best practices.
• Create scalable readiness programs that enhance learning and promote consistent execution across the Sales organization.
• Identify areas for enhancing seller productivity, field execution, and overall Sales effectiveness.
• Lead a team dedicated to continuous Sales coaching, field readiness, and Sales development.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to pinpoint capability gaps, execution barriers, and opportunities to enhance Sales performance.
• Develop readiness programs that bolster seller knowledge, skills, confidence, and execution discipline.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with Sales priorities and corporate standards.
• Track program performance using metrics such as data, feedback, participation, adoption, and business impact indicators.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Readiness, Sales Leadership, Learning & Development, Sales Effectiveness, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in people leadership.
• Experience in supporting large, distributed Sales teams.
• Proven success in developing and executing enablement or readiness programs that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Sales execution, methodologies, coaching practices, field readiness, and adoption strategies.
• Experience in creating and scaling enablement content, readiness programs, playbooks, training materials, and tools for the field.
• Ability to translate business priorities into actionable programs, resources, and execution plans for Sales teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and program management skills.
• Capability to leverage data, feedback, and business insights to assess effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Ability to build trust, enhance partnerships, and influence leaders and teams across the organization.
