This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the main contact for OEM/Prime accounts.
• Oversee the entire near-term sales process for OEM/Prime accounts.
• Proactively seek and pinpoint new opportunities for Silvus integration within designated OEM/Prime accounts.
• Build and sustain strong technical and business relationships with engineers, program managers, and procurement officers.
• Aid in developing a solid pipeline of B2B opportunities.
• Cultivate and uphold a comprehensive technical understanding of our MIMO solutions.
• Remain informed about market trends, changes, and competitor activities.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• At least 6 years of proven business development or sales experience in a technical field; OR a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of verified business development and sales experience in a technical area.
• Proven history of successful B2B sales of a technical component, "ingredient" technology, or embedded systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate account relationships with major corporations (e.g., defense primes, large tech OEMs).
• Record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions.
• Strong skills in B2B account management and relationship development.
• Technical proficiency to effectively engage with partner engineering and product teams.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the capability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
