This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies that align with the 1HMX five-year growth objectives.
• Establish and oversee a global sales pipeline with quantifiable KPIs.
• Spearhead the creation of go-to-market strategies to penetrate new geographical markets.
• Foster executive-level connections with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
• Develop, mentor, and expand a high-performing global sales team.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing to enhance value propositions and brand identity.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of sales performance metrics.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership.
• A proven history of developing and executing multi-year growth plans.
• Strong network in selling to industrial, medical device, aerospace/defense, or advanced technology OEMs.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex global negotiations and navigate lengthy sales cycles.
• Solid financial acumen with proficiency in managing margins, pricing, and contract frameworks.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
