This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a sales strategy aimed at mid-market and enterprise clients within the telecom, data infrastructure, and construction sectors.
• Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Over time, recruit and mentor a small team of sales and business development professionals.
• Initiate marketing campaigns that effectively convey our telecom and infrastructure solutions.
• Create case studies and client success narratives that showcase our expertise in fiber, cabling, DAS, Wi-Fi, and data center services.
• Oversee our digital presence (LinkedIn, SEO, website) to ensure that Archetype is both discoverable and reputable.
• Investigate partnerships, industry events, and public relations opportunities to establish Archetype as a leader in telecom and cabling solutions.
• Collaborate with company leadership to set growth targets and strategic priorities.
• Define key performance indicators for sales and marketing efforts and provide consistent reporting.
• Identify new markets, verticals, and expansion opportunities.
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in telecommunications, infrastructure, or industrial services.
• Demonstrated success in building and closing sales pipelines from the ground up.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and inbound lead generation strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic company environment.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Availability to travel frequently for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
