This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the account sales team by establishing a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
• Cultivate sustainable and profitable growth in market share with both existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a rolling three-year strategic plan/roadmap aimed at growth.
• Formulate annual business plans, provide monthly updates on progress, and work with the sales team to meet objectives.
• Facilitate the career advancement of the sales team, supporting training and competency development where necessary.
• Accelerate top-line revenue growth faster than the overall customer industries, ensuring profitability.
• Convey Voice of the Customer (VOC) and market trends to guide product development, investments, and innovation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in Application/Sales Engineering, Business Development, Sales, or Sales Management within an industrial component company.
• Highly motivated, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial in nature.
• Driven by success with a strong passion for winning.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive and enduring relationships with both internal and external customers across all organizational levels.
• Proven capability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Acts as a leader by teaching, coaching, mentoring, and setting a professional standard within the organization.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of the relevant industry, including customer products, business strategies, financials, and competitive threats.
• Proven ability to craft compelling customer value propositions.
• Adapts to change in pursuit of efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrated history of success and career advancement within an industrial products company.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
