Director of Sales – EU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise customers (“new logos”) within the designated territory.

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to enhance revenue and fortify relationships with newly acquired accounts.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, consistently meeting or surpassing quarterly and annual ARR targets.

• Present and articulate LeapXpert’s platform—covering unified communications, data compliance, and messaging solutions—to enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Channel/OEM partners to optimize pipeline growth.

• Perform needs assessments, provide customized solutions, and deliver engaging product demonstrations and executive-level presentations.

• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders, Procurement, and Compliance executives.

• Work with OEMs (e.g., Microsoft, Teams ecosystem) and internal resources to stay ahead of UC and compliance trends, leveraging vendor support during sales cycles.

• Keep precise pipeline and forecasting data within CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, focusing on unified communications, collaboration, or data solutions.

• In-depth understanding of Microsoft Teams (Rooms, Calling, integrations) and the broader UC ecosystems.

• Proven success in consistently achieving or exceeding $1M+ in new ARR closed annually.

• Experience managing enterprise deal cycles worth 6- and 7-figures from prospecting to procurement.

• Strong grasp of enterprise IT, messaging, and data compliance requirements.

• Experience selling to regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare, energy) is preferred.

• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
