This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• The Director of Sales Engineering & Effectiveness [“SEE”] is responsible for overseeing all facets of sales engineering, sales effectiveness, solution design, deal support, and VBC capital administration.
• This role is crucial in enhancing the company's standing with prospects and partners, reinforcing our value proposition and market position.
• The Director's SEE team delivers essential capabilities that enable Growth to target and secure higher value practices/LUM, thereby maximizing future revenues for both providers and Aledade.
• This includes leading a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) in areas such as data analytics, payments, financial modeling, value calculations, deal desk operations, contracting, process documentation, and case resolution.
• The Director is tasked with creating playbooks for these functions and overseeing the onboarding and professional development of the SMEs on the team.
• This leader excels as an operator and manager of SMEs, adept at conducting cross-functional weekly meetings, performance reviews, and managing special projects and deliverables for executives, particularly the GEL (“Growth Executive Leadership” team) and Glue.
• Furthermore, the Director will coordinate SME involvement in external prospect and client-facing meetings, both remote and in-person, to maximize impact and advance deals in the pipeline.
• The Director will also provide effective counsel to Aledade's senior sales talent and leadership regarding complex deals and named accounts.
• Collaboration with GEL is essential to drive key analyses, lean reporting, and processes from a team of SMEs to maximize the operational effectiveness of the Growth Organization.
• The Director anticipates the strategic insights and modeling needed for Growth to boost productivity and achieve the company's ambitious growth targets, as outlined in KR commitments.
• Bachelor's degree
• Over 10 years of progressive professional experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, and/or sales management within healthcare and with healthcare providers
• Experience in evaluating product/market scenarios and analyzing raw data to transform it into actionable sales strategies
• Demonstrated ability to identify, position, develop, lead, and retain a diverse team of talented individuals focused on rapid growth and flawless strategy execution.
• Proven success as a sales leader, evidenced by national rankings
• Expertise in Salesforce and proficiency with the Google Suite of Products
• Familiarity with Value-Based Care
• *Ability to sit for long periods. Extensive use of computers and keyboards. Occasional walking and lifting may be necessary.*
• *Willingness to travel by car or plane as needed, up to 10%.*
