This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives throughout the East region.
• Take ownership of regional revenue performance for both new business and expansion, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual objectives.
• Drive pipeline generation by collaborating with your team on outbound strategies, account prioritization, and opportunity creation.
• Oversee and assist with complex enterprise deals, guiding representatives through multi-threaded sales cycles and executive discussions.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, delivering clear reports and insights to leadership.
• Serve as the senior sales leader on the East Coast, representing CreatorIQ in the market and with key clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to enhance conversion rates, retention, and expansion outcomes.
• Engage in regional events and field initiatives that elevate CreatorIQ’s profile and generate pipeline.
• Identify and propose enhancements across product, marketing, and sales processes to boost performance and efficiency.
• 3+ years of experience in people management leading quota-carrying sales teams.
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven history of meeting or surpassing revenue targets.
• Experience in managing enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coach representatives on pipeline generation, discovery, and deal execution.
• Strong operational discipline with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
• Experience selling into marketing, digital, or enterprise business functions is advantageous.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders as a trusted, consultative partner.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
