This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Propel revenue growth by establishing and enhancing relationships with data center clients.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives.
• Identify and acquire new clients within the data center ecosystem.
• Drive revenue through a variety of staffing solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and participate in industry events.
• Facilitate workforce planning discussions and offer tailored labor solutions.
• Increase revenue within current accounts by leveraging cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasts and deliver market insights to leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within staffing or workforce solutions.
• Strong comprehension of data center operations and their staffing requirements.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to forge and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
