This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish robust, value-oriented partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance business growth on both fronts.
• Oversee a significant portion of administrative responsibilities, including order and invoice reconciliation, which is essential and distinctive to this position.
• Propel volume expansion with corporate stakeholders as well as on-board personnel by achieving alignment and commitment on critical initiatives and programs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to formulate and implement business strategies that cater to customer requirements while increasing category volume and profitability.
• Design and execute customer engagement tactics, leveraging strong financial insight to sway decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Guarantee effective coordination and implementation of all agreed initiatives.
• Synchronize both customer and internal resources to achieve outcomes and successfully carry out the annual business strategy.
• The most vital aspects of this role include effective cross-collaboration/internal influence (leadership capability), communication with bottlers, alignment and performance management, and a strong customer-centric focus—promoting growth, establishing and nurturing trust-based partnerships, comprehending their business goals and operational realities, and identifying where Coke can contribute and provide value. A global perspective and understanding of the industry will be crucial, particularly as we address long-term solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 7 years of Sales or Operations experience within the beverage or CPG sectors.
• Preferred location in Florida (Miami, Tampa, Ft Lauderdale areas).
• Willingness to travel 25% or more.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects.
• Knowledge of relationship management (suppliers, contractors, bottlers) and an understanding of third-party supplier/contractor culture/core competencies is essential.
• Familiarity with supplier capabilities and performance to enhance and manage relationships, particularly with foodservice distributor suppliers, is required.
• Expertise in Supply Chain operations and bottler networks is necessary, along with an ability to collaboratively and swiftly resolve issues, recommending optimal solutions that garner support from all parties and lead to mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Proficiency in developing and executing business plans, solutions, and contingency strategies.
• Experience in leading regular business reviews with customers and bottlers.
• Proven track record in managing and executing complex, cross-functional programs that foster growth.
• Marketing knowledge and the ability to connect Coca-Cola Brands with our cruise partners in a meaningful manner.
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills – A clear and persuasive communicator capable of presenting strategies, insights, and recommendations to executive audiences.
• Customer-Centric Mindset – A profound understanding of customer needs and guest experiences, focused on crafting solutions that provide mutual value.
