This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Take charge of annual revenue, margin, and new logo objectives for all USMMG service lines.
• Create tailored strategies for intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and U.S. / Mexico / U.S.–Canada cross-border services.
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, and network leaders to develop profitable and executable solutions for customers.
• Foster executive relationships with shipper Chief Supply Chain Officers, Vice Presidents of Logistics, and procurement leaders.
• Oversee pipeline management, ensure forecast accuracy, and maintain CRM systems.
• Represent USMMG at industry events, during strategic RFPs, and at senior customer reviews.
• A minimum of 10 years of commercial sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in building and expanding multi-modal business portfolios.
• Preferred background in selling North American intermodal networks and port drayage services.
• Strong skills in analytics, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Experience in selling to Fortune 1000 shippers across Consumer Packaged Goods, retail, and industrial sectors.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
