This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of a team of Mid-Market Account Executives and Customer Account Executives to meet team quotas.
• Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly accountability and execution through structured one-on-ones, pipeline evaluations, and team meetings.
• Conduct performance reviews, develop growth plans, and manage performance enhancement plans as necessary.
• Create and execute sales training programs to ensure the team possesses the skills and knowledge required for success.
• Act as the escalation point for intricate customer situations and sales cycles, assisting the team in closing deals and resolving conflicts.
• Share best practices and promote consistency in acquiring new business, renewing contracts, and expanding efforts across the team.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members; develop and maintain enablement materials, playbooks, and ramp-up plans.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales on headcount strategy, team structure, and ramp capacity to facilitate segment growth.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to boost bookings and broaden the customer base.
• Create and execute comprehensive sales plans and programs, both short-term and long-term, to meet the sales, bookings, and branding goals of the organization.
• Develop and oversee the team's sales pipeline to ensure a consistent stream of opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Provide analytical expertise and market insights that inform strategic decision-making and maximize the market potential of the Track portfolio.
• Ensure team pipeline accuracy and regularly deliver bookings, renewal, and expansion forecasts to the VP of Sales.
• Track team progress towards goals daily, weekly, and monthly; identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to address them.
• Work in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally by offering feedback to Product, Support, and leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, ideally within the SaaS or similar industry.
• 3-5+ years of direct management experience leading a sales team to achieve quotas (required).
• Proven success in guiding a team to consistently meet or surpass revenue goals through new business, renewals, and expansions.
• Demonstrated experience in building, scaling, or restructuring a sales team, encompassing hiring, onboarding, and ramping representatives.
• Experience managing a forecast and presenting bookings, pipeline, and risk to senior leadership.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing team pipeline and reporting within a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
