This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the revenue and margin objectives for the Western territory.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies that foster revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance customer retention.
• Set sales goals, forecasts, and strategic plans for key markets, territories, and accounts.
• Discover new business opportunities, identify market trends, and recognize emerging customer requirements.
• Cultivate and reinforce executive-level customer relationships while aiding significant sales presentations, negotiations, and initiatives for account growth.
• Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and profitability metrics to drive results and promote ongoing improvement.
• Guarantee disciplined use of Salesforce, maintain pipeline hygiene, and ensure forecast accuracy throughout the team.
• Lead and nurture a team of sales professionals to accomplish both individual and organizational objectives.
• Set quotas and territory assignments, oversee performance, and assist in developing the hiring plan to address coverage gaps.
• Define clear expectations, accountability measures, and performance standards.
• Promote talent development through coaching, mentoring, recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Encourage a collaborative culture with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by aligning Vomela's solutions with their business goals.
• Represent Vomela at industry events, trade shows, and important customer interactions.
• Collaborate with operations, project management, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
• Work together with project management, account management, and operations to scope, quote, and profitably execute complex multi-location fleet programs.
• Ensure pricing and margin discipline on custom bids in collaboration with leadership.
• Assist in pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and process enhancements that improve the customer experience while safeguarding margins.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 8 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, account management, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading sales teams, developing growth strategies, and meeting revenue targets.
• Experience in experiential marketing, live events, branded environments, retail activations, large-format graphics, signage, printing, or related industries is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales performance, forecasts, and financial metrics.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
• Possess a strategic, customer-centered, and solutions-driven mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
