This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Account Executives to create a high-performing team that generates over $175MM annually in both FMV and Finance leases.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, ongoing improvement, and performance driven by results.
• Recognize and nurture potential future sales leaders to facilitate long-term organizational growth.
• Propel growth through client expansion and new account acquisition by enhancing strategic selling capabilities within the team.
• Ensure Account Executives are implementing account plans and penetrating all relevant verticals within their assigned accounts.
• Manage key client relationships, providing a “white glove” experience and establishing PRC as a trusted advisor.
• Advocate for deep, strategic partnerships that foster long-term retention and account growth.
• Assist Account Executives in identifying, structuring, and finalizing complex, high-value deals.
• Actively engage in account discovery, development, and closing calls—this is a hands-on leadership position.
• Utilize performance metrics (calls, opportunities, portfolio data) to drive continuous enhancement across the team.
• Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership and internal stakeholders to synchronize growth strategies and team achievements.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment leasing or financing, specifically selling to large enterprise or Fortune 500 companies.
• At least 3 years of sales leadership experience, with a demonstrated history of hiring, coaching, and developing Account Executives in a complex B2B setting.
• Proven capability to build and lead high-performing sales teams that consistently achieve or surpass quotas.
• Strong leadership presence with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and hold teams accountable to their performance objectives.
• Experience in driving growth through both client expansion and acquiring new accounts.
• Proficient in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with investment-grade credit clients.
• Ability to bring in high-performing Account Executives or established client relationships is advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
