This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Executive Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor multiple Regional Sales Directors, offering strategic guidance and support essential for driving performance and meeting provincial objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement long-term sales strategies for the entire territory, encompassing new market entry, product launch plans, and significant sales initiatives.
• Budgeting & Financial Management: Oversee the sales budget for the multi-provincial area, including headcount, marketing expenditures, and operational costs to optimize profitability.
• Performance Oversight: Evaluate the performance of all provinces by analyzing high-level data and market trends to proactively uncover opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Talent Management: Supervise the development and retention of top leadership talent, ensuring a strong succession plan for Regional Directors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary sales liaison with executive-level departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure alignment of sales goals with company-wide objectives.
• Corporate Reporting: Prepare and deliver high-level performance updates, forecasts, and strategic plans to the Senior Director of Sales and the executive team.
• Demonstrated capability to implement large-scale, long-term sales initiatives and launch new business ventures across a wide territory.
• Comprehensive understanding of provincial budgets with the ability to guarantee financial compliance and precise forecasting across multiple regions.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills, data analysis, and the ability to present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience in talent management and development.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with various departmental teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations).
