This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• **Your Key Responsibilities**
• **Team Performance.** This is your primary metric. Every action you take—be it a coaching session, a call review, or a one-on-one meeting—is aimed at improving the team’s conversion efficiency.
• **Coaching Cadence.** You will establish a structured coaching program tailored to each representative’s experience level. Top performers stay sharp and motivated, mid-level performers advance to the next stage, and new or struggling reps receive intensive support, including real-time whisper coaching during calls.
• **Top Performer Retention.** Your best team members should feel challenged, valued, and eager to remain. If they are departing, it signifies an issue that requires addressing.
• **Redeploying Underperformers.** Offer everyone a fair chance and robust coaching, but when it becomes evident that someone cannot improve, it’s time to part ways without excuses.
• **Who You Are**
• **Master of High-Volume, Consultative Sales.** You haven't just processed orders—you've successfully closed high-value deals by genuinely connecting with clients over the phone. Your sales methodology revolves around active listening, thoughtful education, and confidently guiding prospects through significant decisions. Having led hundreds of successful sales calls, you understand precisely what top-tier performance entails. If your background leans more towards transactional, low-touch, or predominantly in-person sales, this role may not be the ideal fit.
• **A Coaching Dynamo.** You excel in call reviews, role plays, and one-on-one coaching. Sales attorneys look forward to your sessions because you don’t just instruct—you demonstrate, drill, and follow up diligently. If overarching strategy excites you more than hands-on, daily coaching, this may not be the right position.
• **Unwavering Commitment to Excellence.** Mediocrity is not in your lexicon—for yourself or your team. You confront complacency directly and challenge high performers to achieve even greater heights. If you avoid difficult conversations or tolerate underperformance for the sake of harmony, this role probably isn’t for you.
• **The Buck Stops With You.** As a leader, you take ownership of the outcomes, consistently pushing goals beyond expectations. When faced with setbacks, you adapt and accept responsibility rather than deflecting blame. If you tend to sandbag forecasts, complain about targets, or “manage up,” this environment may not align with your style.
• **A Natural Energy Booster.** While intake calls can become repetitive, your enthusiasm keeps the team motivated and morale elevated. You celebrate every win and transform routine tasks into an engaging and dynamic experience. If you tend to be low-energy or believe motivation is solely the employee’s responsibility, this won’t be the right fit.
• **Results-Obsessed.** You are driven by results, meticulously monitoring performance and connecting every coaching effort directly to business outcomes. You are always raising the bar. If you prefer to sandbag or resist increasing goals, this won’t be the right place for you.
• **Decisive with Tough Personnel Decisions.** You afford underperformers a genuine chance—with honest coaching, clear feedback, and substantial support. However, when it becomes apparent that someone isn’t the right fit, you take swift, confident action. If you’ve never had to let someone go or shy away from difficult conversations, this role may not suit you.
• **AI Trailblazer.** You fully embrace AI, pushing its boundaries in your daily work. You’ve identified innovative use cases and are eager to share how AI enhances your performance. If you believe that merely using ChatGPT signifies you’ve mastered AI’s capabilities, this may not be the best match.
• **Salary range: $150,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience.**
