• **What You'll Own**

• **Team Performance.** This is your primary metric. Every action you undertake—whether it’s a coaching session, a call review, or a one-on-one meeting—focuses on improving the team’s conversion efficiency.

• **Coaching Cadence.** You will establish a structured coaching program tailored to each representative’s experience level. Top performers will stay sharp and motivated, mid-level performers will advance to the next stage, and new or struggling reps will receive intensive support, including real-time whisper coaching during calls.

• **Top Performer Retention.** Your top team members should feel challenged, valued, and eager to remain with the team. If they are leaving, it signals a problem that must be addressed.

• **Redeploying Underperformers.** Provide everyone with an equitable opportunity and robust coaching; however, when it becomes evident that someone cannot improve, it’s time to part ways without excuses.

• **Who You Are**

• **Master of High-Volume, Consultative Sales.** You haven’t just taken orders—you’ve closed high-value deals by genuinely connecting with clients over the phone. Your sales approach involves listening attentively, educating thoughtfully, and confidently guiding prospects through significant decisions. Having led hundreds of successful sales calls, you understand what top-tier performance entails. If your experience is more aligned with transactional, low-touch, or primarily in-person sales, this role might not be ideal for you.

• **A Coaching Dynamo.** You excel at call reviews, role plays, and one-on-one coaching. Sales attorneys look forward to your sessions because you don’t just teach—you demonstrate, drill, and follow up persistently. If big-picture strategy excites you more than hands-on, daily coaching, this may not be the right opportunity.

• **Unwavering Commitment to Excellence.** Mediocrity isn’t in your vocabulary—for yourself or your team. You confront complacency directly and challenge high performers to achieve even greater success. If you shy away from difficult conversations or tolerate underperformance for the sake of harmony, this role probably isn’t for you.

• **The Buck Stops With You.** You’re a leader who takes ownership of the outcomes, consistently pushing goals beyond expectations. When faced with setbacks, you adapt and assume responsibility rather than making excuses. If you’re inclined to sandbag forecasts, complain about targets, or “manage up,” this environment won’t suit your style.

However, when it’s clear someone isn’t the right fit, you take swift, confident action. If you’ve never had to let someone go or avoid those difficult conversations, this role may not suit you.

• **AI Trailblazer.** You fully embrace AI, pushing its boundaries in your daily work. You’ve discovered innovative use cases and are eager to share how AI enhances your performance. If you think merely using ChatGPT means you’ve harnessed AI’s power, this won’t be the best match.


🏝️ Benefits

• **Salary range: $150,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience.**
