This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process from lead generation to finalizing contracts.
• Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline across targeted industries, accounts, and regions.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities in Dynamics 365 F&SCM licenses, services, projects, managed services, and product-led ventures.
• Spearhead strategic account development and facilitate growth within existing client accounts.
• Actively generate new leads through direct outreach, partnerships, referrals, networking, events, and market engagement.
• Assess leads and prioritize opportunities based on strategic alignment, deal value, timing, and likelihood of success.
• Organize discovery meetings and initial discussions to comprehend customer needs, challenges, and business drivers.
• Ensure consistent follow-up and progression of prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, clients, Microsoft, partners, and other stakeholders in the ecosystem.
• Direct commercial discussions, positioning, presentations, and sales meetings with potential clients.
• Collaborate with solution architects, functional leads, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and solution strategies.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, statements of work, pricing, and commercial presentations.
• Oversee negotiations and close deals in accordance with company goals and risk parameters.
• Work closely with delivery, consulting, and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, competitive, and aligned with delivery strengths.
• Partner with leadership on sales priorities, target sectors, and account strategies.
• Assist in go-to-market planning for service offerings, industry solutions, and ISV products.
• Relay market feedback to leadership regarding client needs, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain precise tracking of the sales pipeline, opportunity status, forecasting, and sales activity reporting.
• Implement a disciplined approach to CRM usage, follow-up routines, and opportunity management.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest actions to enhance conversion rates, speed, and win percentages.
• Provide regular updates to the Managing Director on the pipeline, ongoing deals, forecasts, and market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be taken into account.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Strong background in professional services, ERP, enterprise software, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar technology solutions.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline, foster relationships, and close complex solution-based deals.
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals, pricing structures, and negotiating contracts.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial, and flat organizational structure.
• Proven ERP sales experience in mid-market and upper mid-market accounts.
• Documented success in managing full-cycle B2B sales.
• Experience in selling implementation services, enterprise software, or solution-oriented offerings.
• Familiarity with developing pipelines and securing net-new business.
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation.
• Experience in managing pipeline and forecasts using CRM systems.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
