This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support Flosonics Medical in the global introduction of FloPatch.
• Oversee Flosonics Medical's commercial operations throughout the United States.
• Lead the sales team, formulate and implement commercial strategies, and drive revenue growth through effective leadership, customer engagement, and sales execution.
• Promote commercial excellence, facilitate market expansion, cultivate high-performing teams, and reinforce Flosonics Medical's standing in critical care and emergency medicine.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance accountability, performance, and professional development.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to set clear objectives, expectations, and performance metrics that align with organizational goals.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning initiatives in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Build and scale a high-performing commercial organization that can support ongoing growth.
• Create and implement sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and revenue targets.
• Enhance market penetration, expand accounts, and acquire new customers across the United States.
• Ensure consistent application of sales processes, territory planning, pipeline management, and account development activities.
• Establish relationships with key opinion leaders, executive stakeholders, physicians, and decision-makers in healthcare systems.
• Enhance Flosonics Medical's visibility within key markets and healthcare systems throughout the United States.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to facilitate customer adoption and account success.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of go-to-market strategies and product launch initiatives.
• Monitor competitive activities and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and territory optimization initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in medical device sales is necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience overseeing regional or national teams is required.
• A proven history of constructing, leading, and nurturing high-performing commercial organizations is essential.
• Strong background in emergency medicine, critical care, or acute care healthcare settings is a must.
• Outstanding leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills are necessary.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills are required.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States (up to 60%) is essential.
• An advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in launching innovative medical technologies or disruptive healthcare solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with ultrasound, hemodynamic monitoring, critical care technologies, or related medical device markets is advantageous.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth healthcare organization is beneficial.
