This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• The Director of Sales will be tasked with formulating and executing enBio Corp.’s national sales strategy aimed at achieving substantial and sustainable revenue growth across the company’s service offerings.
• This executive leadership position will concentrate on enhancing enBio’s footprint within hospitals, health systems, clinics, and surgical centers by fostering strategic customer partnerships, uncovering new market opportunities, and directing a high-performing sales team.
• The Director of Sales will collaborate closely with executive leadership to pinpoint strategic growth opportunities, amplify enBio’s market presence, and establish the company as a reliable partner delivering operational excellence and exceptional value to healthcare entities.
• A key responsibility of this position is to create and steer a data-driven sales organization with well-defined performance metrics and measurable results.
• The Director of Sales will set up the necessary structure, processes, and leadership needed to scale the company’s revenue growth while preserving strong customer relationships and operational alignment.
• The Director of Sales will act as a principal architect of the company’s growth strategy, aiding in the expansion of enBio’s national presence and revenue framework.
• This role requires a leader who blends strategic vision with active personal engagement in the market.
• The Director of Sales is anticipated to maintain a consistent presence in the field, engaging actively with healthcare leaders and decision-makers while guiding and mentoring the larger sales organization.
• The Director of Sales is expected to lead from the field, ensuring meaningful and consistent interactions with customers while shaping and directing the broader sales team.
• The Director of Sales reports directly to the President and will be instrumental in supporting the company’s long-term strategic growth goals.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally within healthcare services, healthcare technology management, medical equipment services, or other related healthcare support sectors.
• Prior experience in an Independent Service Organization (ISO) is highly desirable.
• A well-established network of industry relationships within hospitals, health systems, and healthcare leadership is greatly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate sales cycles and large multi-location healthcare accounts.
• Experience in implementing data-driven sales processes and performance management systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
