This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Manage the entire enterprise sales process from prospecting to contract completion.
• Create and implement a growth strategy targeting health plans, TPAs, providers, and benefit administrators.
• Cultivate relationships with executive decision-makers and effectively showcase InsightPro and MDI's operational solutions to address intricate business challenges.
• Maintain a precise sales pipeline and forecast for executive management.
• Represent MDI NetworX at industry conferences and client gatherings.
• Collaborate with operations and client services to facilitate seamless client onboarding and ensure long-term success.
• Develop scalable sales processes, pricing models, and sales playbooks.
• Contribute to defining and shaping the future sales organization.
• Over 8 years of proven enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record in selling to healthcare payers, TPAs, providers, or related sectors.
• Experience in selling technology, BPO, or managed services with intricate sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build a pipeline and close new business.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales forecasting.
• Openness to travel as necessary.
