This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of individual and team revenue goals, ensuring accountability throughout the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to pipeline management and closing significant deals.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to craft and implement a targeted growth strategy for the US market, converting priorities into actionable weekly plans.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-achieving sales team, establishing clear expectations regarding activity levels, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
• Actively contribute to pipeline development through direct sales efforts, strategic outreach, and engagement in local markets, particularly in key districts and states.
• Develop robust operational rhythms for forecasting, pipeline assessments, and deal evaluations, while promoting CRM discipline and ensuring accurate, high-quality reporting in Salesforce.
• Work alongside Marketing to ensure that lead generation initiatives yield a qualified pipeline, actively shaping campaigns based on market insights and conversion statistics.
• Maintain close alignment with Customer Success to enhance retention, expansion, and positive customer results, providing a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
• Collaborate with other Sales leaders to standardize management practices across different regions.
• Cultivate and sustain senior relationships with key customers, districts, and government stakeholders, serving as a visible and credible market leader for ClickView in the US.
• Leverage historical sales and customer data, analyze market trends, and apply advanced forecasting models to generate precise revenue forecasts.
• Oversee regional RFQs and strategic bids, ensuring that responses are compelling, timely, and commercially viable.
• Extensive experience in leading sales teams, with a proven track record in the EdTech or education sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to meet and exceed revenue targets, building a robust pipeline and successfully closing deals through hands-on involvement.
• Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive new business growth and enhance market presence.
• Experience in scaling sales efforts in emerging or growth markets.
• Strong commercial insight, with expertise in deal structuring, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies to secure and expand strategic accounts.
• Effective people leader with a history of building, coaching, and holding high-performing teams accountable for achieving clear activity and performance metrics.
• Data-driven operator, proficient in utilizing CRM and pipeline data to enhance forecasting accuracy, derive performance insights, and inform decision-making.
