This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of revenue growth for RPAS, focusing on pipeline development, conversion rates, and overall new business performance.
• Create and implement a systematic outreach and communication strategy to financial advisors aimed at enhancing referrals and engagement.
• Oversee the complete sales process: from pipeline management to qualification, proposal, and closure, involving RPAS leadership selectively for intricate opportunities.
• Design and improve a scalable growth model that includes measurable metrics such as advisor interactions, referrals, opportunities, and wins.
• Act as the main contact for financial advisors, providing them with essential tools, messaging, and confidence to effectively present RPAS solutions.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, which encompass value propositions, pitch decks, and competitive positioning strategies.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to advisors to enhance their ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Establish systems for generating, qualifying, and prioritizing referrals.
• Take responsibility for CRM pipeline reporting, forecasting, and accountability metrics.
• Collaborate with advisors to progress opportunities and eliminate obstacles to closing deals.
• Lead the creation and implementation of the CPA and external alliance strategy.
• Organize events, campaigns, and initiatives for relationship-building to produce high-quality leads.
• Increase RPAS’s visibility within key referral channels.
• Gather market insights and advisor feedback to enhance RPAS offerings and positioning.
• Collaborate with RPAS leadership to continually refine messaging, deliverables, and alignment of service models.
• Work closely with RPAS Leadership to ensure synchronization between growth initiatives and delivery capabilities.
• Engage service leadership strategically for complex finalization, pricing credibility, or fiduciary expertise.
• Participate in regular cadence meetings, such as pipeline reviews and strategic alignment sessions, to ensure coordinated execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in retirement plan advisory, institutional sales, or wealth/benefits consulting.
• Proven understanding of employer-sponsored retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), profit-sharing, and cash balance plan structures, design strategies, and key fiduciary considerations.
• Strong grasp of ERISA, fiduciary services, and the retirement plan marketplace.
• Established track record of driving business development and meeting revenue growth objectives.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in influencing advisors or sales teams.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, particularly at the executive level.
