This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.
• Take ownership and orchestrate the comprehensive revenue operations function, linking marketing, sales, and customer success to create a cohesive growth engine.
• Serve as the main strategic advisor to the CGO, translating overarching business objectives into actionable operational frameworks, KPIs, and technology investments.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of operations specialists focused on data, systems, and process optimization.
• Design and oversee a top-tier revenue technology roadmap, incorporating CRM, marketing automation, and advanced AI tools.
• Establish and uphold a solid data architecture, guaranteeing high standards for data taxonomy, hygiene, and cross-platform governance.
• Advocate for AI-driven innovation throughout the GTM organization, integrating intelligent automation into forecasting, lead scoring, and personalizing the church experience.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on essential processes, from lead management and handoff SLAs to intricate attribution models.
• Oversee the forecasting framework and collaborate closely with Finance on strategic revenue planning and budget reconciliation.
• Develop and circulate executive dashboards that equip the CGO and Board with actionable insights necessary to propel the mission forward.
• Coordinate the annual GTM planning cycle, ensuring headcount, pipeline targets, and budgets align with our growth trajectory.
• Lead change management initiatives for new technology implementations and process redesigns, ensuring seamless adoption across the revenue team.
• Manage key vendor relationships and procurement, working in conjunction with Finance and IT to enhance our operational footprint.
• 7-12 years of progressive leadership experience within revenue, sales, or marketing operations in a B2B context.
• Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing operations teams.
• Extensive technical proficiency in CRM administration and comprehensive ownership of the revenue technology stack.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI/ML tools in GTM functions, including predictive scoring and intelligent forecasting.
• Demonstrated aptitude for fostering strategic cross-functional alignment between sales and marketing teams.
• Strong background in process management and documentation.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• Expertise in orchestrating complex projects and programs across diverse, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with Finance leadership on strategic budget planning and revenue forecasting.
• Familiarity with constructing full-funnel attribution models, lead scoring, and lead routing.
