πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead the revenue marketing initiative, determining how Epic attracts, engages, and converts high-value accounts that are instrumental in shaping the future of water infrastructure.

β€’ Responsible for the marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.

β€’ Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and lifecycle programs that propel Epic's commercial expansion.

β€’ Work in close collaboration with Marketing Operations and external Revenue Operations resources.

β€’ Enhance the marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline among key target accounts.

β€’ Create a scalable ABM and lifecycle marketing framework that aligns with intricate project and purchasing cycles.

β€’ Boost visibility into account engagement, funnel advancement, and revenue attribution.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 3 years managing revenue or demand marketing in a high-consideration, multi-stakeholder sales environment.

β€’ Proven experience in designing and executing ABM programs that yield measurable pipeline results, rather than merely engagement.

β€’ Strong proficiency in HubSpot and contemporary go-to-market (GTM) systems, including lifecycle management, attribution frameworks, engagement scoring, and reporting systems.

β€’ Experience collaborating effectively with Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations teams is highly preferred.

β€’ Possess strong analytical and operational capabilities, with the proficiency to convert complex GTM strategies into scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional execution.

β€’ Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.

β€’ A passion for sustainability, innovation, and the significance of smart infrastructure in constructing better cities.
