Director of Research Site Partnership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio consisting of around 5–6 oncology research sites

• Act as the primary relationship manager for designated sites

• Establish executive-level partnerships with site leadership, physicians, research teams, and administrators

• Cultivate and sustain a deep understanding of site strategy, capabilities, and opportunities

• Align enterprise strategy with the objectives of the sites

• Foster accountability for the performance of clinical trial enrollment

• Examine enrollment trends and uncover growth opportunities

• Create and monitor strategic enrollment action plans

• Advocate for best practices that enhance accrual

• Track and report on critical performance indicators

• Convert enterprise priorities into actionable site-level strategies

• Guide sites through change and transformation initiatives

• Elevate insights and trends to leadership

• Navigate complex or high-impact situations effectively

• Employ negotiation and conflict resolution skills to achieve desired outcomes

• Collaborate with internal teams to address site requirements

• Ensure alignment among all stakeholders

• Represent site viewpoints in leadership discussions

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and engagement

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required

• Master's degree is preferred

• Experience in supporting oncology research sites and facilitating clinical trial enrollment

• Background in site engagement, account management, or clinical operations

• Proven experience in clinical research operations is required

• Familiarity with oncology research

• Strong strategic relationship management skills

• Proficient data analysis skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Capacity to influence others

• Experience working in a matrixed organizational environment
