Director of Research Site Partnership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of around 5–6 oncology research sites, varying by complexity.

• Act as the primary relationship manager for designated sites.

• Establish executive-level partnerships with site leadership, physicians, research teams, and administrators.

• Cultivate and sustain an understanding of site strategies, capabilities, and opportunities.

• Align enterprise objectives with site-specific goals.

• Foster accountability for clinical trial enrollment outcomes.

• Analyze enrollment patterns and pinpoint growth prospects.

• Create and monitor strategic enrollment action plans.

• Advocate for best practices that enhance accrual.

• Track and report on essential performance metrics.

• Convert enterprise priorities into actionable site-level strategies.

• Guide sites through transitions and transformations.

• Communicate trends and insights to leadership.

• Manage high-impact or complex scenarios effectively.

• Employ negotiation and conflict resolution skills to attain desired results.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address site requirements.

• Ensure stakeholder alignment across various levels.

• Represent site viewpoints in leadership discussions.

• Spot opportunities for process improvement and enhanced engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.

• Proven experience in supporting oncology research sites and facilitating clinical trial enrollment.

• Background in site engagement, account management, or clinical operations.

• Familiarity with clinical research operations.

• Experience within the oncology research field.

• Strong strategic relationship management abilities.

• Proficient data analysis skills.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Capability to influence others effectively.

• Experience working within a matrixed environment.
