• Facilitate the integration of CRG products within public safety organizations

• Oversee complete customer projects from initiation to completion

• Conduct product presentations and represent CRG at various events

• Create and implement training programs

• Develop tools and systems to measure effectiveness

• Enhance performance and standardize operational activities

• Prepare proposals and applications for business opportunities

• Sustain strategic relationships with clients

• Keep senior management informed about project progress
