This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and execute standardized processes for recruiting and onboarding.
• Create scalable workflows, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and uniformity.
• Oversee the complete candidate journey and enhance the candidate experience.
• Optimize applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, including integration with essential tools.
• Establish and monitor recruiting key performance indicators, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Leverage data, automation, and artificial intelligence to enhance processes and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and facilitate execution.
• Assist in the implementation, change management, and adoption of new tools and processes.
• 8–12+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or talent systems roles.
• Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workable) and human resource information systems (preferably Prism).
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing scalable recruiting and onboarding processes; responsible for designing the onboarding process and managing all associated technical setups.
• Experience in managing or implementing system integrations and workflows across various platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities with a background in building dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-location, or rapidly growing environments.
• Capability to train and mentor recruiters, ensuring consistent performance, adoption of best practices, and ongoing skill development across the team.
