This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire real estate lifecycle for corporate accounts, from initiation through to lease execution.
• Act as the main point of contact and lead broker for franchisor and enterprise clients.
• Utilize Locate's AI agents to develop real estate strategies, identify potential sites, assess locations, and create recommendations.
• Prepare and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and assist in lease execution.
• Provide insights from clients and field operations to the product team to influence the evolution of our technology.
• A real estate salesperson’s license is highly preferred; candidates lacking one must be willing to obtain licensure upon joining.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
