This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Lead the development, review, and consolidation of annual operating budgets at both property and corporate levels.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial and operational reporting for all properties.
• Monitor performance against budget and pro forma; conduct variance analysis and implement corrective action plans to meet NOI, cash flow, occupancy, and delinquency targets.
• Supervise and support regional and property managers through coaching, performance evaluation, and accountability.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, onboarding, performance assessments, disciplinary measures, and terminations for property management personnel.
• Create, maintain, and enforce process guides, standard operating procedures, and policy manuals.
• Ensure adherence to fair housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, company policies, loan covenants, and affordable housing program guidelines.
• Establish organizational systems to monitor deadlines, projects, and compliance tasks across the portfolio.
• Oversee the utilization of Entrata and spearhead process enhancements to boost efficiency and data integrity.
• Partner with ownership and senior management on capital planning, portfolio optimization, and onboarding of new properties.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, business administration, or a related field is required.
• An advanced degree (MBA, MS in Real Estate/Finance) and/or professional certifications (CPM, CAPS, CPA) are highly preferred.
• 3–5+ years of progressively responsible experience in multifamily property management, including oversight at the portfolio or regional level.
• Proven history of managing property and corporate budgets, analyzing financial statements, and driving NOI and cash flow outcomes.
• Direct experience in supervising regional and property managers, as well as leading on-site teams in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and fundamental landlord-tenant laws; experience with affordable housing programs is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in property management and accounting software (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar) along with strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, accompanied by a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• TCS certification preferred/required within the first 6 months of employment.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Availability during core US East Coast hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST) is required.
