This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the company’s array of government programs and contracts.
• Drive accountability for program performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor and communicate portfolio health, risks, issues, and opportunities to executive leadership.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed fill rates, service levels, and customer expectations.
• Guide Program Managers through the phases of concept, development, implementation, evaluation, and closeout.
• Ensure the successful integration of program segments and services.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of contractual reports, performance metrics, and customer briefings.
• Work in partnership with Operations, Finance, Contracts, Business Development, HR, and other departments.
• Standardize processes across regions and programs to enhance predictability, efficiency, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for program expansion and support follow-on business capture as well as new technology initiatives.
• Mentor and develop Program Managers.
• Establish performance expectations and create operating rhythms for portfolio reviews.
• Strengthen accountability among remote teams and cultivate trusted relationships with federal customers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Proven experience managing programs within a government contracting setting.
• Ideally, direct experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and/or other federal agencies.
• Experience in supporting federal civilian and defense agency programs, including healthcare, staffing, clinical operations, readiness, telehealth, teleradiology, or other technology-enabled healthcare contracts.
• 8–10 years of experience in federal contracting or comparable program management roles.
• At least 5 years in a leadership position overseeing multiple programs or a portfolio.
• Approximately 50% travel is required.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a remote work environment.
• Customer-first mindset coupled with high emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
