Director of Professional Services, WordPress VIP

📋 Description

• Create a dynamic Professional Services organization

• Lead a team of engineers and delivery managers within the Professional Services sector

• Take full ownership of delivery quality from start to finish

• Collaborate with Sales & Accounts to accurately scope and price projects

• Represent the Professional Services team effectively to senior internal and external stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of leadership experience in Professional Services, implementation, or technical consulting

• More than 5 years of experience delivering services to enterprise SaaS or PaaS clientele

• Proven track record in building a services portfolio—defining offerings, pricing them, and ensuring repeatability

• Experience engaging in the entire commercial process—not solely focused on delivery, but also scoping in collaboration with Sales

• Comfortable operating within or alongside an AI-enhanced delivery model

• Demonstrated capability to interact with executive stakeholders
