This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Manage and enhance daily operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals
• Direct operational planning, process enhancements, and cross-departmental collaboration to improve organizational performance and execution
• Collaborate with executive leadership to convert strategy into actionable initiatives
• Establish operational frameworks and guarantee consistent delivery of high-quality products and services
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the Operations team
• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
• Ensure successful execution of client engagements and enhance project delivery frameworks
• Track project performance, mitigate delivery risks, and promote continuous improvement
• Lead strategic workforce and capacity planning while optimizing resource allocation
• Advocate for exceptional client experiences, manage complex client challenges, and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Spearhead operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
• Develop and refine business processes, systems, and governance
• Promote the adoption of technology, automation, and operational best practices
• Establish delivery governance, financial oversight, quality management, operational risk practices, and operational reporting as the organization expands
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred
• 7–10+ years of experience in operations, program management, or related roles within a services organization
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable operational processes and systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and change management skills
• Experience working within a scientific, technical, engineering, consulting, or professional services organization
• Ability to collaborate with highly specialized scientific and technical staff
• Comfort in an environment where discovery is a fundamental aspect
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or EOS methodologies is preferred
• Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations is preferred
• Experience in regulated environments such as CLIA, CAP, or ISO is preferred
• Project and portfolio management skills are preferred
• Experience with resource planning and utilization management is preferred
• Understanding of project economics, pricing assumptions, margins, and forecasting is preferred
• Must reside in the US and be able to provide employment eligibility; sponsorship is not available at this time
