This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Trilon's product strategy initiatives in collaboration with AI Field Engineering and Solution Architecture.
• Conduct field discovery to pinpoint slow or manual processes and convert insights into prototypes and funded products.
• Manage team capacity, backlog, in-depth analyses, idea tracking, field use cases, and enhancement requests for existing products.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and assess performance for product strategists and business architects.
• Facilitate enterprise and product discovery, project deep dives, market assessments, vendor evaluations, and field partnerships.
• Define the scope and prototype automations, applications, and agents utilizing applied AI technologies.
• Offer technical guidance to developers, review prototype outputs, and maintain standards across GitHub, Azure, and reusable components.
• Prioritize and coordinate discovery, prototyping, and enhancement tasks using Jira.
• Lead business architecture and service design efforts, including blueprints, personas, architecture mapping, value streams, and Figma designs.
• Create evidence packages, ROI and financial models, pricing and cost-to-serve analyses, and buy-vs-build evaluations.
• Prepare materials for the Investment Council and set success metrics and stage gates.
• Transition approved projects to Product Management and assist in value realization with Product Enablement.
• Establish practice standards, playbooks, onboarding processes, and enablement across Trilon's partner firms.
• Represent the function to executive sponsors, IT leadership, partner firms, and the leadership of AI Innovation & Digital Products.
• Over 15 years of experience in product strategy, product management, solution engineering, or technology consulting.
• More than 3 years of experience leading a team, including responsibilities for hiring, coaching, performance management, and capacity planning.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Solid technical expertise with applied AI, enterprise LLM platforms, agents, copilots, and automation.
• Experience in creating and deploying prototypes or workflows for real users.
• Proven ability to direct developers or engineers on prototype and MVP tasks.
• Proficiency with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic APIs; familiarity with Cursor or VS Code with GitHub Copilot; GitHub, Azure, and Postman.
• Experience with OpenAI Agents/SDK, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate.
• Field discovery experience, including practitioner engagement, in-depth project analyses, documented use cases, and testable prototypes.
• Demonstrated ownership of Jira and Jira Product Discovery backlogs and team capacity.
• Data fluency in SQL, Databricks or Fabric, and Power BI.
• Expertise in business architecture and service design, including service blueprints, personas, current and future state mapping, and value stream analysis.
• Familiarity with Miro, Lucidchart, and Figma.
• Strong commercial acumen regarding pricing, cost-to-serve, ROI models, and buy-vs-build analyses.
• Proven track record of influencing senior executives and operational leaders without direct reporting authority.
• Ability to effectively communicate with executives, peer leaders, direct reports, and field practitioners.
• Comfort in shaping an early-stage function and operational model.
• Preferred experience in AEC, engineering services, or physical-world operating environments.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $234,000 to $260,000 annually.
