This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +4 more countries.
• Establish the product roadmap for one or multiple active RPG titles, focusing on the core gameplay loop, progression pacing, monetization strategies, and meta systems.
• Ensure the vitality of the in-game economy.
• Manage LiveOps comprehensively, which includes the schedule, events, and player-retention strategies.
• Lead a small team comprised of product, design, and economy specialists.
• Provide the team with a clear vision, enhance their skills, and optimize performance.
• Supervise the monetization strategy and balance the growth of in-app purchases and ad revenue.
• Stimulate acquisition growth in collaboration with the User Acquisition (UA) team.
• Utilize player data, creative insights, and campaign results to inform the product roadmap.
• Work in conjunction with Publishing and studios through shared key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Comprehend and facilitate game development and release processes from inception to launch.
• Implement genre benchmarks and established best practices in significant product decisions.
• Stay actively engaged with data and game systems as required.
• Take ownership of the product, economy, and LiveOps for a pivotal RPG title, with the potential to oversee product management across the wider RPG portfolio.
• Multiple years of product experience in live mobile games, particularly RPGs.
• Product experience with live free-to-play (F2P) mobile games, ideally in the RPG/midcore genre, with full ownership of significant features, progression, monetization, or product roadmaps.
• Strong proficiency in RPG mechanics and meta systems, encompassing progression, power curves, collection, PvP/social elements, seasons, and passes.
• Excellent instincts for mobile marketability.
• Preferably, experience guiding a title from concept/pre-launch through to launch and LiveOps, or influencing product direction across various titles.
• Extensive LiveOps experience, with insights into how events, content, progression, and monetization foster engagement and repeat spending.
• Proven success in managing features from start to finish: identifying, developing, launching, measuring, and refining.
• Practical understanding of what a live team can realistically deliver and sustain.
• Strong leadership capabilities across cross-functional teams including Design, Publishing, Data, Economy, UA, Growth, and external studios.
• Ability to set a direction and guide others while remaining actively involved with the game, systems, and data.
• Capacity to excel in lean, dynamic, and highly autonomous teams.
• Collaboration mainly conducted in English.
• Primarily located within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3), or planning to be in those zones.
