This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of app modernization product requirements, ensuring alignment of architecture with Engineering, and managing change with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish success metrics, adoption trends, and cutover criteria for transitioning providers and payers from legacy platforms to modernized experiences.
• Lead the partner integration strategy, roadmap, delivery, and go-to-market efforts, which include setting API standards, data exchange models, and onboarding frameworks.
• Assess, prioritize, and transform new integration opportunities in collaboration with CSBD, commercial, and implementation teams.
• Spearhead discovery efforts, define value propositions, and oversee feature development for future CoverMyMeds access products.
• Create business cases and executive-level narratives to obtain investment for modernization and new commercial capabilities.
• Offer industry expertise and competitive insights to shape product strategy.
• Engage with senior management during product business reviews, customer escalations, and sales presentations.
• Direct skills-based development planning and coaching for product managers.
• A degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Generally, a minimum of 12+ years of professional experience is needed.
• At least 4+ years of management experience is necessary.
• Experience in product management or familiarity with technical product development methodologies, such as Agile.
• Proven experience in product lifecycle management from strategy definition through delivery execution.
• Background in healthcare and healthcare technology, specifically within the Provider and/or Payer industry segments.
• A successful track record in defining and driving commercial model innovation, including pricing strategies, new business models, or go-to-market strategies for platform products.
• Experience in P&L or financial management.
• Strong communication skills tailored for audiences ranging from executives to individual team members.
• Skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with modern API and integration patterns.
• Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams regarding architecture and platform decisions.
• Experience in technology modernization.
• Familiarity with AI technologies in product development.
• Experience in managing the needs of multi-sided network stakeholders.
