This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Define and take ownership of Savant's market positioning and narrative.
• Create messaging that connects with CFOs, Controllers, and leaders in finance, accounting, and tax.
• Establish clear distinctions from traditional finance platforms, AI assistants, and workflow automation tools.
• Ensure uniform messaging across the website, sales materials, product launches, executive communications, and engagements with analysts.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and leadership on go-to-market strategy and market priorities.
• Transform product roadmap initiatives into engaging value propositions and campaigns.
• Integrate customer, competitive, and market insights into business decisions.
• Evaluate impact through metrics such as pipeline influence, win rates, sales-cycle improvements, and product adoption.
• Direct content strategy encompassing thought leadership, product content, customer stories, and launch materials.
• Create and enhance sales enablement resources, including battlecards, demo narratives, and objection handling frameworks.
• Assess the competitive landscape and identify significant win/loss trends.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate messaging and positioning.
• Lead and nurture a team within Product Marketing and Content.
• Set team priorities, operating rhythms, and quality standards.
• Function as a player-coach, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing or related go-to-market roles.
• Strong background in enterprise, technical, or complex go-to-market motions.
• Proven proficiency in positioning, messaging, product launches, and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience in building and leading Product Marketing and/or Content teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and communication abilities.
• Strong sales enablement experience, including battlecards, discovery frameworks, demo narratives, and objection handling.
• Experience marketing AI, analytics, workflow automation, or similar technology products.
• Capability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling business value.
• Strong ownership mentality with experience in fast-paced startup settings.
• Experience collaborating directly with founders and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Portfolio showcasing writing, launches, presentations, strategic projects, or similar work required.
• Experience in selling to finance, accounting, tax, audit, or compliance buyers is preferred.
• Background in fintech, ERP, data analytics, or workflow automation software is a significant advantage.
• Experience in Series A–C startup environments is preferred.
• Regular use of AI tools in daily work with a strong opinion on AI-driven productivity.
