• Lead a high-performing product marketing team to ensure exceptional execution of our go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to develop and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature enhancements.
• Create engaging product positioning and messaging that appeals to target audiences.
• Establish pricing and packaging strategies in partnership with Product and Finance teams.
• Work closely with Sales Enablement to provide effective tools—such as pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive battle cards, demos, and FAQs—to support our Sales and Client Services teams.
• Conduct research on target markets, emerging trends, and evolving customer needs to guide strategic decision-making and market size assessments.
• Integrate competitive intelligence initiatives, turning market insights into actionable sales enablement and positioning strategies.
• Act as the voice of the customer through buyer research, win/loss analysis, and continuous market segmentation.
• Over 15 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS or data analytics industries.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in labor market intelligence, HR tech, workforce analytics, education technology, or other data-driven B2B SaaS settings.
• Proven track record in launching products, developing impactful messaging, and driving quantifiable business results.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute go-to-market strategies that enhance product adoption, accelerate pipeline, and boost revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills, with a talent for translating technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for various audiences.
• Experience in close collaboration with Product, Sales, Field Marketing, and Customer Success to achieve synergistic results.
• Proficient in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Willingness to take on a "player-coach" role, with a comprehensive understanding of how product marketing contributes to revenue generation.
• Familiarity with the labor market, data analytics, and the requirements of educational institutions, enterprises, and government organizations is a significant advantage.
